Our Team

Douglas Pattison

Doug is founder and President of SilverCreek Commercial Builders, leading the organization for the past 30 years. The son of a development executive, Doug followed in his father’s footsteps and formed his first company immediately after graduation. He was successful from year one and never looked back.

A true entrepreneur, he has formed many successful companies. He is currently taking his knowledge of real estate and construction, expanding into the development of unique residential communities that stand the test of time. Doug brings passion and entrepreneurial vision to every project.

Doug was trained in the arts at OCAD, graduating in Expressive Arts, he was the youngest artist in Canada to be presented to the art community with a public showing. Doug brings that same artful expression to every project he brings to life.

Don Jackson

Don Jackson is Vice President and General Manager at SilverCreek. Don has led many successful startup companies in the high-tech sector before turning his eye to something new.

A strategic and adaptable thinker, he loves to problem solve. But his greatest passion has always been to build lasting value for everyone involved in project. He has the rare ability of translating business issues into practical solutions.

Building long-term relationships through unique value has always been a guiding principle of his professional career.
