David Sandness – Sales Representative
David has been involved with Milborne Real Estate for almost 30 years. David has a Business degree in Admin Studies from York University. His real estate career began in the industrial/commercial sector in Vaughan, but in the late 80s he transitioned into new condominium presales. David has worked on more than 50 condominium projects for some of the city’s most prominent builders. He brings valuable experience and knowledge to the team at The Residences of the Hotel McGibbon and will provide homebuyers with the advantages that only a seasoned professional can bring to the new condominium buying experience. David’s friendly face and warm personality will make you feel right at home.
Sara Kelcey – Sales Representative
Sara has worked in the real estate industry for over a decade. As a graduate of Ryerson with a degree in Commerce, she started her career in property management overseeing a portfolio of luxury condominiums throughout the GTA. Sara then moved into pre-construction sales with Milborne where she helped launch and sell many condominium projects in Toronto. Sara has extensive experience in both resale and preconstruction markets and has been published in many notable sources including the Toronto Star and truecondos.com. Sara currently lives in Port Credit and is thrilled to be working in Georgetown at The Residences of The Hotel McGibbon. She is a warm, friendly person who has the experience and expertise to ensure smooth sailing throughout the condominium buying process. Go team!
Suzanne Clarke – Customer Service Representative
As a Georgetown resident (Suzanne and her husband moved to Georgetown 14 years ago), Suzanne is an enthusiastic local who was attracted to Georgetown by the open spaces and the deep sense of community. Her sons (ages 10 and 11) are involved in many of the local sports teams, love tubing on the Credit River as well as dirt biking and ATVing on the local trails. Suzanne’s background includes 17 years in public relations and marketing. She has a BA in Communications from UofT. Suzanne started working in new home sales a year ago and she’s never looked back! She is very excited to be part of The Residences of The Hotel McGibbon sales team. Her sparkling personality, coupled with her knowledge of the area, will help new homebuyers feel confident in their purchase.
